FAQ

  • WHERE TO EAT

There is a Hakuba Taproom restaurant in the Panorama, serving healthy yakitori and rice bowls with 10 different types of Baird craft beer. This is a child-friendly restaurant and we have many highchairs available.

The Panorama Hotel also offers 2 evening shuttles to Echoland, Hakuba’s primary restraurant and entertainment district. You can call a taxi to take you back to the hotel (just 5 minutes by car).

The restaurants will be very busy so reservations are highly recommended.

  • HOW TO GET TO THE SLOPES

The Happo ski resort Nakiyama lift is 400m from the Panorama Hotel. With kids, we understand it is not an easy distance so we offer shuttles 2-3 times in the morning at specific times. For other times, we can help call a taxi for you.

To get to the other resorts (Goryu, Hakuba47, Tsugaike, Cortina), please use the Hakuba valley bus systems or taxis.

Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets, all major resorts have bus stops just meters from the chalets.

  • WHERE CAN MY KIDS JUST PLAY IN THE SNOW?

Most resorts have fenced off kid playing areas. The play area at Happo is near the Sakka lifts.

The Kids Wonderland at Goryu has many sleds and snowbikes to play with.

Often times, kids are easy and are very comfortable playing with the huge piles of snow that accumulate in front of the accommodation.

  • HOW TO BUY LIFT TICKETS

We sell daily or multiday lift passes for Happo ski resort as well as the “All Valley” pass.

Have them ready in the morning and save yourself from waiting in lines at the resort.
